OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or undergraduates in management to begin their sales careers. The position involves direct engagement with small/ medium businesses, relationship building, and introducing them to Red Horizon Global’s Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct field visits to engage with small business owners and establish rapport
- Present and explain Red Horizon Global’s Textile Products.
- Generate and convert leads into new business opportunities
- Execute sales negotiations and closures
- Gather customer feedback for service improvement
- Maintain detailed sales activity records
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Achieve or exceed designated sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates or undergraduates in Management (BBA, BCom, or related fields)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic understanding of digital services (preferred but not required)
- Must have valid driving licence and own moped vehicle
